Ready to get started?
Step 1:
Book an intro call.
New to nutrition counseling? Want to learn more about me? This is a free 15-minute phone call to get to know one another and decide if my services are a good fit for you. It can be very vulnerable to talk about food & body topics, so it’s important to feel comfortable with your dietitian. There is no pressure to move forward if it doesn’t feel like a good fit. Come with any questions you have!
Step 2:
Book your first appointment.
After our intro call, you will book your initial assessment appointment using the buttons below. Appointments can be booked using insurance or private pay. Explore the options below to determine which booking link best fits your needs.

Cancellation Policy
Please note that in order to respect and honor clients on the waiting list as well as my own time, I uphold a 48-hour cancellation policy. If the appointment is canceled in less than 48 hours, the full fee will be charged.
Good Faith Estimate
As of January 1, 2022, all healthcare providers are required to provide estimates for the costs of your care. You are entitled to receive a copy of your Good Faith Estimate (GFE) when you schedule an appointment, and/or upon request. The GFE shows the cost of items and services that are reasonably expected for your healthcare needs and treatment. This protects you from balance billing and other unexpected charges. You can read more about this here.
