Hey there!
I’m Kylee (she/her)
I am a Registered Dietitian (RD) - hence the business name “RD Kylee”. Suuuper clever, I know. I promise I’m better at nutrition science than business branding.
My nutrition practice is grounded in anti-diet and body-inclusive frameworks. This means that I help you work towards your goals without restrictive eating patterns or a focus on body weight or shape.
I believe that all bodies are good bodies and deserving of care and nourishment as they are now. I also believe that we all get to choose the extent to which we pursue health based on our personal values.
My training as a Registered Dietitian includes a bachelor’s degree in physiology, and a master’s degree in nutrition. I completed my dietetic internship in pediatrics. I also have specialized experience treating clients with disordered eating and eating disorders at the outpatient level.
I became a dietitian because I genuinely LOVE food. Not only do I love trying new foods and flavors, but I appreciate the way that food allows us to connect with others - and maybe more deeply to ourselves. I hope to instill a little bit of that appreciation for food in each of my clients.
I see all of my clients virtually from Colorado. When I’m not working, I love to spend time outside whether that be camping, walking with my pup Quinn (pictured →), or sipping adult beverages on a patio somewhere. I look forward to meeting you!

I regularly seek out additional training regarding body image, gender-affirming care, trauma-informed care, weight stigma and anti-fat bias.
I also pursue advanced professional eating disorder training as a member of EDRD Pro.

My Identities
I am a cis white heterosexual woman living in a thin, able body. My identities inform how I move through the world and may also impact the dynamic of our work together. I recognize that I hold many unearned privileges and frequently reflect on how these privileges might be showing up in my work.
I welcome & aim to be affirming for clients of all gender identities, sexual orientations, races, ethnicities, ability levels, shapes, sizes, etc. However, I also recognize that for some clients it’s helpful to have a provider with identities and lived experiences that differ from mine. I support shopping around for best-fit providers!
Check out what’s on my bookshelf:
A collection of essential readings on the topics of eating disorder recovery, divesting from diet culture, unpacking weight stigma and unlearning anti-fat bias, and seeking body liberation - curated by me!
